Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or high seasonal demand.
Processing Delays
During promotional periods, public holidays, or peak seasons, order processing times may be extended. Any such delays will be clearly communicated where applicable.
Returns & Cancellations
30-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After this time, orders are processed automatically and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
