1. General provisions

These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the person purchasing goods in this online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) and the company “Stripz Ecom”, identification number 307489582 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), in connection with the purchase of goods in the online store.
By making a purchase in the online store, the Buyer accepts the provisions of these Terms.

2. Conclusion of the sales contract

2.1. The sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded at the moment when the Buyer, after creating a shopping cart in the online store, indicating the delivery address, selecting the payment method, and clicking the “Place order” or “Continue order” button, and remains valid until the full fulfillment of obligations arising from the contract.
If the Buyer does not accept all or part of these Terms, the Buyer must refrain from placing an order.

2.2. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store’s database.

3. Buyer’s rights

3.1. The Buyer has the right to make purchases in the online store in accordance with these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with the Seller via the online store (except for contracts concerning audio and video recordings, phonograms on audio or video media, computer software if the packaging seal has been broken; newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals) by notifying the Seller in writing within 7 business days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The right of withdrawal applies only if the goods are of full value, undamaged, and have not undergone significant changes in appearance.

3.3. The Buyer has other rights provided for in these Terms and in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.4. A Buyer who believes that their rights have been violated has the right, no later than within 3 months from the date of the violation, to submit a written complaint to the Seller, specifying their claims. The Seller is obliged to examine the complaint free of charge within 14 days and provide a reasoned written response supported by documents.
If the dispute is not resolved, the Buyer has the right to apply to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body (State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or to a court.

4. Buyer’s obligations

4.1. The Buyer is obliged to pay the price of the goods and delivery costs, as well as other fees (if specified at the time of concluding the contract), and to collect the ordered goods.
Payments are processed via Stripe, Paysera, bank transfer, or PayPal.

4.2. In the event of changes to the data provided in the registration form, the Buyer is obliged to update them immediately.

4.3. The Buyer is obliged to comply with these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Seller’s rights

5.1. If the Buyer takes actions that threaten the proper functioning of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right, without prior notice, to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the store and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

5.2. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

5.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms by publishing them on the store’s website. The changes apply to all transactions concluded after their publication.

5.4. The Seller has other rights provided for in these Terms and in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Seller’s obligations

Delivery guarantee

The Seller provides an additional guarantee of proper delivery, which may be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
In the event of damage to the shipment or non-compliance with the order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email with a photo of the packaging (with the visible label) and a photo of the damaged product.
Complaints are reviewed as quickly as possible, and in justified cases, a replacement product is sent. Reports submitted after the deadline are treated as product-related complaints.

Warranty for technical products

Selected products are covered by a 24-month warranty calculated from the date of receipt of the goods. The warranty applies only to technical products and electrical devices offered by the Seller.
The basis for using the warranty is the invoice, which serves as the warranty document.

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

mechanical damage,
natural wear and tear of the product,
improper or careless use.

To consider a warranty claim, photos or video recordings showing the defect are required. If necessary, the Seller may request that the product be returned for verification.
After the claim is accepted, the product will be replaced, repaired, or the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.

Complaints regarding product defects

In the event of improper product performance, please contact us by email: info@stripz.lt.
Complaints should be submitted immediately after detecting the defect, but no later than within 2 months of its discovery.
The Seller is liable for defects revealed within 2 years from product delivery and responds to the complaint within 3 business days.

The Buyer may request:

replacement of the product,
refund,
repair of the product,
partial refund of the price.

7. Delivery of goods

Goods are delivered at the Buyer’s expense by a transport company, unless the Seller decides otherwise.
Detailed conditions, deadlines, and delivery procedures are specified further in these Terms.

8. Returns

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, bearing the cost of return.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days from acceptance of the return.

9. Liability

The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided during registration.
The Seller is not responsible for differences in the appearance of products resulting from the Buyer’s monitor settings.

10. Processing of personal data

By clicking the “Confirm order” or “Pay” button, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of completing the online sale, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

11. Communication

All correspondence is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer in the registration form.

12. Final provisions

These Terms do not limit consumer rights arising from the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in the absence of agreement — in accordance with applicable law.
